GoCardless Reviews in June 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

We have been waiting since the 09th of December to receive a large amount of money. We have over 800 active customers on their database and to be fobbed off every time we call means its time to move all of our customers onto a different platform. Today we were told to wait until the new year due to annual leave. Completely unacceptable.

What do you like best about GoCardless? Go Cardless allows me to collect payments from my customers via Direct Debit. This feature alone saved me a lot of hassle, where I used to ask my customers for their card details to process payments. Many of them were not happy to do that over the phone. "Cost Efficient, Effective and Online - What more do SME's want in a DD Facility?"

What do you like best about GoCardless? We were looking for a reasonably priced Direct Debit facility provider for a long time. "Almost TOO automated!"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Payments are scheduled & pulled every month like clockwork. The fees are minimal for ACH processing, especially when compared to other credit card processors. What do you like best about GoCardless? We have been using GoCardless since we started our business to collect direct debit payments from our clients. It is quick and easy to sign up and verify our customers with the service and it seamlessly collects payments every month without fail. The interface is clean and they have a great UI.
