Repeated charges after contract termination
After terminating our contract GoCardless kept charging us even after the termination period. Contacting customer service has been a mess, with constantly changing service reps who didn't seem to bother to read previous communications and just ignoring questions. Even after cancelling our direct debit mandate (which was confirmed by GoCardless) they still charge us.Such behaviour is simply unacceptable.

GoCardless, not just your ordinary payment portal!
GoCardless offered us ease in automation. We can set plans, amount, and date when charges will be done all in simple steps. Customers can also set up their susbcription in less than a minute. Another thing we love about GoCardless are their prompt and professional support. Kudos to thewhole GC team!

Highly Recommended...
So far so good! A really safe, effective and efficient way of collecting our monthly fees, Customers trust GoCardless and found opening their account really easy. We spend so little time now chasing non-payers. We've had a couple of hiccups - primarily because the customer checked the wrong box - but the GoCardless team quickly resolved the issues. I would highly recommend.
