What do you like best about GetResponse? It is very easy to use, more precisely when you register you have a webinar available with detailed instructions on how to use the service and what its possibilities are. You have the opportunity to use this service for 30 days for free. I have used this service to create and send newsletters and email campaigns. Get Response - Avoid This Email Provider
I started a free trial with Get Response. Before subscribing, I of course want to test out automation and deliverability. The first thing I didn't like is although my lead subscribed via my Facebook Lead Ad, Get Response requires double opt-in which resulted in my lead having to triple opt-in to get what I advertised. This led to less opens, which could be a deliverability issue as well. The biggest issue for me is in the middle of me running a Facebook Ad Campaign, Get Response decides to ...

GerResponse has horrible customer care…
GerResponse has the worst customer care I have ever experienced. And most of my emails end up in spam. After going to inboxes for months, they are all suddenly in spam. Use ANY other system but GetResponse. Also, a warning: the person who recommended GR to me was an affiliate. The affiliates are paid a lot of money to recommend horrible services. Don't trust them.

Following my review from the 17 of January, a week has gone by since I sent an email to Taylor that promised: "to look into this". Till now, I didn't get any reply.
