UPDATE: Apparently the way to get someone who can get things done is to post a negative review. This is another layer of how shady this company is. However, I would like to say thank you to Taylor who did enable me to get a partial refund of the annual fee charged without my consent. I do wish I had posted my review right away. Lesson learned. A company that steals its' customers!!! They charged me for a year in advance without my approval just because they had my credit card details. They even selected a different plan. I haven't been using the account for at least 6 months so I wanted to freeze or to use the account when needed. Simply the worst company...

The worst company I've had the displeasure of working with. They have a tricky and almost "fake" account closure process. When you think you've closed your account you actually haven't. In fact they continue billing us $370 month after month and refuse to provide a refund despite us having not sent a single email via their service. A horrible, unethical company. Stay away!

Great ESP system

PROS: If you want your emails to be delivered to your audience, then this is a platform for you. Whenever you struggle with something you can always reach for their support, their live chat is 24/7 open. Their support team is very responsive. I must say that this software is far better than Mailchimp. The Get Response provides with strict email policies.
