This is the first email platform that was…EASY!!
This is the first email platform that was easy to understand for me. I should have known better being that they were (Get Response) one of the first companies around on the internet. I tried all the other gimmicky platforms, and they couldn't help me and were too expensive and without the great customer service of Get Response. I'll be a customer for life!!Thanks Get Response!!

still learning the powers within but…
im still learning the powers within but Ive had only a positive experience on the site. It seems user friendly and when i asked a question they responded quickly. I would def recommend it.

Comprehensive all-in-one marketing…
Comprehensive all-in-one marketing solution. Great features like auto funnels, landing pages, automation, ads, stores and products, and chat make it really easy to connect with your audience and generate sales. Can organize dashboard and keep important figures in front of you. Always on top of new technology. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Billing Issues
We initially had a bad experience due to some billing issues with GetResponse, but this was swiftly resolved. Unfortunately, we're not ready to use Getresponse, but thank you Taylor and Getresponse for quickly resolving our issue.

Terrible Customer Service-Still NO RESPONSE
Okay, it's been 4 days and STILL NO REPONSE. It appears GetResponse has no intention of responding to my ticket or even providing an update. Again, the worst customer service in the business. I emailed you Taylor on Wednesday but didn't get any response from you or anyone else: "Greetings Taylor Is this what it's going to take to get an update from "support" from GetResponse? I have asked multiple times for an update and "support" refuses to respond. This has got to be the worst customer ...

So far I have had no problems! Its a very easy site to use, and it's great for growing an email list.

"Why I love Getresponse for my business"
What do you like best? Getresponse has it all for my taste. I can create a landingpage, optin page and build my email list with this. You can create a complete funnel for your website as well. It is very userfriendly and easy to use What do you dislike? Unfortunately there is not a real clear amount per month you have to pay.
