I have always received excellent service…
I have always received great service from the Agents of Getresponse. Whenever I am stuck with anything, I click on the chat and they are ever patient and willing to assist me until the problem is resolved. Thank you Getresponse for such an excellent service

"OK for Getting Started. Lacks Reporting."
What do you like best? It's somewhat intuitive for a newbie and the price is fairly competitive. What do you dislike? GetResponse's reporting is sub-par. The most recent enhancements to the reporting lacks strategy and prioritization. I'm not sure if their Product Team reviews customer feedback frequently and prioritizes features based on that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Newsletter delivery to our members.

So far, so GREAT!
I've just started with GetResponse, but this has the best reputation out there. The website is super easy to navigate, and there are help topics EVERYWHERE. So far, so GREAT.

Ripped off!
i signed up with Get Response to send out my blog posts using my subscriber's list. I sent out one email with my list and I received an email from Get Response that they were shutting down my account for investigation due to abnormally high negative metrics (such as spam complaints, bounces and/or unsubscribes). I emailed them back right away, but they didn't respond until more than 24 hours later. Interesting how quickly they shut down my account but took so long to reply. They asked a ...

I've been using Getresponse for a few…
I've been using Getresponse for a few years now and everything you get for the price can't be matched, Not to mention there deliverability to someone's inbox and not the spam folder.
