Website/Landing Pages/ Domains
Initially tried to use a domain from GoDaddy and point DNS to GetResponse, tried for a week couldn't get anywhere. Was being sent back and forth between GetResponse and GoDaddy. Didn't want to spend any more time waiting for my website/landing pages to be live and not show on the internet as a safety breach. AVOID!!
AVOID!!! For two years in a row, GetResponse has used sneaky tactics to take my money (hundreds of pounds in total). Most recently, I was charged for an upcoming renewal one week before the payment was due - without my consent and without any pre-warning whatsoever. They didn't even send confirmation of the payment. I just saw it on my bank statement. Even though the service date has not yet started and I asked to cancel, they firmly stand by their "no refunds" policy. This was one year ...

Great tool for communicating with my clients
PROS: Great CRM tool, helps in managing emails and newsletters. Get Response allows me to review my newsletters before sending them, I can even see how they look via mobile device. The app provides you with great analytics features. Their Customer Support is really helpful, also there are training videos and FAQs sections.
