Very unpleasant & client-unfriendly…

Very unpleasant & client-unfriendly approach from Getresponse team. We've signed up to Getresponse thinking it will live up to our Marketing goals, and then realized it lacks features we need and decided to switch away 2 (!) days after signing up for the platform. We've asked for a refund (We literally did not send one single email to one single contact) of our initial fee so we can migrate to a different provider, and were refused according to "no refunds based on our T&C" even though ...

I am new to using getresponse.com. I like exploring everything that is available. It can be tailored to what your needs happen to be. I watched a webinar that was very helpful as well as seeing how to use the features. My experience is a good one so far and understanding how you can manage, track, use the autoresponder, use temp plates or create your own landing pages, funnels, and webinars are easy to understand.

"Enough good tool for acceptable price"

What do you like best? Workflow are easy to use and works properly, landingpage's are easy to set up and run, perfect time sending emials is very useful. What do you dislike? Horrible and conceited - STAY AWAY FROM GETRSPONSE!!!

Two of my lists have been suddenly deactivated (autoresponder and optin). That means a loss of about 100 - 200 Dollars each day for me caused by not sending emails no list growth.... They just deactivated my account suddenly without any announcement in advance and left me absolut no time to fix that issue. Sorry, but that is just absolut unfair and a frivolty.
