The whole process was hard to follow
The whole process was hard to follow. ie. copy here and copy there. to much copying. otherwise it was a long process and glad I signed up for it.

"Beware of GetResponse"
What do you like best? They have some advanced features like the ability to run sales webinars through the platform. However, it is very convoluted and difficult to use. What do you dislike? I found the platform very disjointed and difficult to navigate. You also need to be very careful of their cancellation policy. If you cancel it removes your access to your account immediately. So if you want to continue to use the service for the entire time that you have paid for you cannot cancel. ...

It's a shame to lose the "Simple CRM"…
It's a shame to lose the "Simple CRM" functionality. I have a technical ticket regarding this subject without an answer. Some days ago I was notified about the "Simple CRM" end of support. It has been not supported for more than a year. I would like to be notified about things like that. GetResponse is an amazing tool but you need to advice the customers when some functions stop working.

What do you like best? Their customer service rocks! When I hit chat, a live person is assists immediately! What do you dislike? More information explaining how to navigate their features would be helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love that it has multiple features to save and send letters out to your contacts
