"Great product and they offer a free trial."
What do you like best about GetResponse? Their customer service rocks! When I hit chat, a live person is assists immediately! What do you dislike about GetResponse? More information explaining how to navigate their features would be helpful What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Love that it has multiple features to save and send letters out to your contacts

Live chat is poor
GetResponse live chat tends to be very slow which is frustrating when you're busy and trying to fix a problem. Possibly the agents are trying to manage several chats at any one time. The agents are not always very competent, and you can end up spending a long time on a chat and getting nowhere.

It is almost all I need
I found it offers all I need, although the website for me is lacking a little, However it might suit others. I just felt it wasn't very useable. Everything else I have no issue with, it is easy to use.

Get Response will delete your data, without notice - even after you’ve been with them for years
Get Response are the most arrogant, untrustworthy company our business has ever dealt with. They absolutely will delete over a decade of data without telling you. Note: we are a fully paid up to date customer… Warning: Do not under any circumstances trust the Get Response team with your data. They suspended our account without notice a month after we paid for the year ahead, and sent an email after doing so saying some bots had signed up to our list and they are suspending our account. ...

"Get Response Is Not For Small Business"
What do you like best? Get Response is a good mailing list builder and newsletter creator. I send ads to my subscribers every day, and I've found the open rate and click-thru rates are extremely low, but that's likely my fault. What do you dislike? It would be nice if they offered tips or training that was easy to understand. Still, everything they offer is intended for medium to large businesses and marketing pros with college degrees.
