What do you like best about GetResponse? GetResponse has many resources and tools to supercharge your email marketing efforts. I really enjoyed the extensive library of assets and templates. Charged 6 months fees AFTER cancelling

Not only did it take their 'customer success manager' 6 months (!) to reply to my email, they charged our account SIX (!) TIMES, AFTER I sent 3 (!) chats and emails asking for a cancellation and a refund of the subscription. We were now charged $1,800, without sending out ONE SINGLE EMAIL to contacts. I am truly stunned by the way they conduct business and am still waiting for a resolution.

Great email software with great features

PROS: You can easily create professional looking email forms with built-in templates. You can even modify the templates and create on your own. With Get Response your emails look more professional and that’s a big plus.
