What do you like best about GetResponse? The ease of use. Get response if very easy to build email campaigns. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I am not really sure abut the auto responder portion of the site. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? With Get Response I do not have to spend time worrying that my communications will not get delivered when I need them.

What do you like best about GetResponse? I love the many templates to choose from; and the ease of manipulating them. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I had mistakenly subscribed for the monthly subscription but your office wouldn't give me a refund. You required me to close my account and open a new one, which is a huge inconvenience.
