What do you like best about GetResponse? The interface makes it easy to track contacts and acquire new contacts from the html snippet builder. Use of templates makes it easier for me create a communication faster. The interface to build the newsletter works well. What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the ease of use in editing email content and design. The ability to manage the subscriber list is simple and searching is easy as well. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Sometimes the formatting doesn't display correctly when forwarding onto other people. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? I like the ability to use the Get Response template or the HTML template as well as the analytic section that lets you know how the response to our eblast was. What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? Chat help is so awesome - very helpful staff. Pretty easy design and plenty of templates What do you dislike about GetResponse? UI is little confusing at parts, i.e. email statistics. Don't like that copying contacts to a new campaign counts as two contacts What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about GetResponse? The platform has very nice UI, and I like that there is a mobile app that I can use to track my newsletters. What do you like best about GetResponse? I haven't had any problem with Get Response, but I would like to be able to tag people based on actions they've taken, and I can't do that with Get Response. That's why I'd like to switch to Convert Kit. I do like that I can view my email on the mobile viewer before sending it out. What do you dislike about GetResponse? "Like it but wish it had more options geared towards nonprofits"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the pre-made templates and having someone do the design work for me. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Not much geared towards nonprofits, more about selling things and deals etc. Also have had some issues with adjusting some of the templates. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? We use this to send out newsletters to our followers and sometimes thank yous that are more eye pleasing.

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the form builder a lot - it is very easy to use, and creates great looking forms quickly. It is also very easy to integrate the forms with your email list, etc. I also love some of the list features, like the new feature that lets your newsletter go out at the time it is most likely to be opened - great addition!
