When I have a question or need help learning a new feature, I pick up the phone and call -- and I get to talk to a support person who knows exactly how to help me and treats me with respect. What do you like best about GetResponse? It is easy to manage multiple mailing lists and campaigns. The mailer creator is simple to use and lets you make responsive mailers quickly. I also really like the AutoResponder feature. It is easy to send out a series of mailers to customers. We use ours to send monthly lessons to our customers. What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? The thing I really like about GetResponse is how easy it is to use. There is a very large assortment of various template for newsletters and emails. They are very customizable too! You can have no knowledge of HTML and be able to use this product just fine. If you have someone who is familiar with HTML you can just create your own from scratch. What do you like best about GetResponse? I thought the design templates were nice without a lot of tweaking and it was fairly easy to figure out. What do you dislike about GetResponse? When building forms and landing pages, it was a bit glitchy at times. I would at times have to close it out and reopen to continue.
