What do you like best about GetResponse? I've used other email marketing systems and have been frustrated with the graphics and newsletter building functions. Get Response makes it easy. What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the ease of creating newsletters and using the existing templates from GetResponse. Plus, once everything is built and set up, it is awfully easy to create duplicates from existing send-outs. What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? Chat help is so awesome - very helpful staff. Pretty easy design and plenty of templates What do you dislike about GetResponse? UI is little confusing at parts, i.e. email statistics. Don't like that copying contacts to a new campaign counts as two contacts What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? I recently found out our clickthrough rates were inaccurate because we were trying to track clickthroughs and Google analytics at the same time. What do you like best about GetResponse? Ease of use, the different templates and the live chat that is easily accessible. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Glitches I do not understand.
