"Pretty easy to use"

What do you like best about GetResponse? There are lots of templates, and ideas. The new E-mail creator with blocks is super simple to implement. Everything works pretty quickly as well. Things don't take too long to load as you go along. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I haven't figured out the automations yet, but I think GetResponse has video tutorials on that, that I haven't looked at yet. Also, have to pay for each contact on multiple lists. Getresponse is a complete scam now

UPDATE I paid Getresponse for a an account upgrade, they failed to upgrade my account for 6 days and later did upgrade my account. The moment I tried to send my first test email, they blocked my account. I asked them for a refund since I haven't used their platform to send a single message but they refused to respond. Getresponse is a complete scam. Guys, stay away from these scammers.

Difficult software, difficult company

Where to begin? Well Pedro from Get Response sent me an email saying - "Hey would you write us a review". Given how they have treated us, I figured they would let sleeping dogs lie. But they asked, so here it is. I would not recommend this company. Out of the blue on a weekend they disabled our mail service with no warning or notification. Prior to that we had used them for years without issues. They disabled it the day before we had a sale running on a Monday. I had to threaten to sue to ...

Do not recommend Get Response

I would not use Get Response with all the other options out there. They do not issue refunds, claiming it’s in their Terms of Service, which you do not see when signing up. Beware of this company.
