I used to love Getresponse but not…
I used to love Getresponse but not anymore. Customer service is now awful, delivery rates are awful and they are just want to take your money. I have been using GetResponse for over 15 years with various businesses, projects and groups. Sadly over the last few years things have gone very bad. A few examples are: 1. 40% of our mailing lists subscribers went missing overnight. On asking them why they told us these email addresses were bouncing. I did question why such a high number in one ...

"Great concept but has drawbacks "
What do you like best about GetResponse? The ability to specify paths based on user actions including opens clicks and more. What do you dislike about GetResponse? To receive the receiver must opt in manually to your email list. You cannot use a list collected and add them they have to opt back in again. Recommendations to others considering GetResponse: If your users need to opt in and are. Not likely to do so this is not for you. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that ...

"Real Nightmare "
What do you like best about GetResponse? some nice drag and drop. easy to build webforms What do you dislike about GetResponse? There product is full of bugs, technical support never solves any of the reported issue and customer support don't offer any solutions or commercial gestures. I have spent endless hours trying to get my landing page running and was not able to launch it. Have to upgrade twice to be able to use the basic A/B testing feature. Completely useless! Cheat Company - Stay Away !!!
Had been mailing the same list with other service provider without a hitch. Used GetResponse and they deactivated the account stating high bounce rate. Worst part they are not providing the refund for the renaming tenure of the account stating it's against there TOS. It's day light robbery by these thugs.

"Great all in one email marketing"
What do you like best about GetResponse? Easy to set-up and use automated email workflows, Dashboard is customizable. Has webinars and notifications within GetResponse. Has everything you need in email marketing & much of the marketing automation tools you'd need for almost any business. Customer service is outstanding and easily available. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Cannot update contact email addresses so this is not really a CRM in the classic sense. Biggest issue is that web ...

"Efficient Tool "
What do you like best about GetResponse? I've always worked in tools like Hubspot or Eloqua for email marketing but this tool for a smaller scope is very efficient and user-friendly. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The email editor is a little limited: once you go to HTML view, you can no longer go back to drag and drop. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Email Marketing

Great tool for keeping in touch with my clients
PROS: Get Response is excellent communication tool, I can interact with my clients easily and with its Time Travel feature I am able to reach every customer no matter their time-zone. Also, there is great option for sending emails when the clients would most likely to open it. The platform has wonderful features. I can even transfer the templates and auto-responders to other team members so they don’t need to waste time on creating the templates over again.
