Possibly the worst email service I have ever…
Possibly the worst email service I have ever encountered. I spoke to a customer service agent who I asked if I could add my list as I was moving from Aweber to test out this service. He said I could use my list, I uploaded and it was rejected. I expect a full refund but doubt it will happen.

"Very complete!"
What do you like best about GetResponse? Very complete email marketing tool, does a lot more than your regular ones. Has layouts, designs, examples, etc. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Too complicated, could be a lot more easy to use. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Emailing lists and opportunities to have a more personalized relationship with the customer.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Their automation is very buggy and trying to get meaningful support is near impossible... I am looking for a new service... can't be any worse!

Это жесть, господа! Пару месяцев использовал их форму захвата на своих лендингах! И вдруг обнаруживаю что лиды стали приходить с номером телефона +7 7777777777, ВСЕ до одного! Т.е. емейл подписчика и мия адекватно написано, а номера у всех в виде семерок. Суммарно загубили 160 лидов, один лид мне обходится 350 руб. От них не привета ни ответа. Дозвониться некуда. Убыток прямой почти 60 000 руб. Крайне не рекомендую использовать, попадете на деньги.

"Easy-to-use Email Provider"
What do you like best about GetResponse? I have been using GetResponse for several years. It is easy to use, and I don't really want to make a switch. I'm not sure if there is anything better and as easy to use in this price range. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The only other software I am considering is Active Campaign. I used to love Getresponse but not…
I used to love Getresponse but not anymore. Customer service is now awful, delivery rates are awful and they are just want to take your money. I have been using GetResponse for over 15 years with various businesses, projects and groups. Sadly over the last few years things have gone very bad. A few examples are: 1. 40% of our mailing lists subscribers went missing overnight. On asking them why they told us these email addresses were bouncing.
