30 Day free trial...only lasted 5 days....and No page security.

Tried their Trial Period 30 days.. They only allowed me to use it for about 5 of the 30 days because they said i got 1000 views. But their service is suppose to allow 1000 opt ins/email subscribers/month...not views. They need to stop using the word "List" in their plans. On top of that, their pages are unsecured?????? No https/ssl certificate...So when someone tries to enter their name and email in a form..the web browser will say "Not Secure". How can you run a company where it capture ...

I use this marketing tool for 3 years. Very helpfull way to automate mailing proces in my electronic store. Great tool, good price.

Horrible Cutomer Service/Billing

I signed up for a free trial to decide if I wanted to use their service. I was charged $15. I contacted them and told them what happened and they said we don't give refunds.

Follow-up emails can be set up to automatically be sent at different timeframes. You can customize it to your business platform What do you dislike about GetResponse? Possibly the worst email service I have ever…

Possibly the worst email service I have ever encountered. I spoke to a customer service agent who I asked if I could add my list as I was moving from Aweber to test out this service. He said I could use my list, I uploaded and it was rejected. I expect a full refund but doubt it will happen.
