"Easy to use email marketing tool"
What do you like best about GetResponse? The wide range of templates are extremely helpful for the various needs of your business. It's also great for hosting all of the email addresses in your database and the ability to import and grow it. What do you dislike about GetResponse? S-H-I-T-T-Y A-S-S SERVICE!
GetResponse's Support isn't support at all. They close tickets before anything is resolved and much of their correspondence is scripted. It should be against the law to even call it support. They charged me .44 cents more than the stated charges. While that's not much, when dealing with an Internet service you expect the charges to be exact. They shouldn't have the right to charge anything but what's stated in their terms of use and service agreement. Not one cent more! In addition they ...

GetResponse is an Awesome Email Client!
GetResponse is easy to use and very intuitive. I've used other email clients and struggled to figure things out. Not with GetResponse. But, the thing I love most about GetResponse... is their response! They are always there to help and answer questions and will spend as much time on the phone with you as needed to get your questions and concerns answered. Wouldn't change a thing!

Hands down the best email newsletter…
Hands down the best email newsletter service around. Easy to work with and navigate, excellent support, good deliverability, great free marketing courses. You can also add landing page, sales page and webinar services, which completes your marketing needs, all in one service, one monthly charge, saving you time and money! I'm just a happy customer for years, and I've already tried the major competitors out there!
