Their autoresponders and newsletter…
Their autoresponders and newsletter automation is a one of a kind solution, that has thought of just about everything you need to be successful with email newsletter marketing. It is definitely at the top with only a couple others that match the ease of use and efficiency. It has been my favorite so far, and I've used: AWeber, MailChimp, SnedLane, Mail Poet, and a couple others. But, GetResponse, I feel, is more user-friendly and very efficient in open rates and click-throughs!

I have been with Getresponse for 3 yrs
I have been a customers for a few of years. I appreciate that the autoresponder program is user friendly. The staff are helpful. I do miss the live phone based customer service though. Some situations are best expressed in talking rather than text or typing via chat
