Terrible.

Terrible. System full of bugs. Useless support. I can’t begin to describe how much time I’ve wasted trying to fix issues. Just painful. If I could turn back the clock I would stay far, far away from GetResponse!

NO SERVICE AND A DUMB A.I

I sent my first email and all went... fine... there were a few glitches but suffice to say it was ok..... And then came the time for me to send a second email and to update my marketing list and problems started. They implemented this thing called Hydra and Hydra is an AI, it has no idea what it is doing and it's just randomly blacklisting things as these are EMAILS I HAVE PHYSICALLY COLLECTED FROM PEOPLE. "Too small to serve large company"

What do you like best about GetResponse? We chose to try GetResponse to see if it would be better and less expensive than Mailchimp. We have a list of 25k subscribers to our real estate investment company. We liked the ease of creating emails and their customer service is very responsive!! What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? It's easy to use and easy to learn, I definitely recommend it. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Nothing really, I usually have negative aspects to the programs I use, but I can't complain about this one. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Newsletter, offers, special discounts, etc.
