"Finally a business software that is customizable in the field!"

What do you like best about Fulcrum? The flexibility of the software allows me to create an unlimited amount of custom apps for the HVAC service technicians. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? No downside for us. We find the software extremely useful. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? We were having trouble going paperless and accessing historical service reports in the field. Fulcrum solved both those issues.

"Fulcrum review"

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Fulcrum is very helpful in tracking and being able to updating pins (homeless encampments). I love that I can show people on the map how many pins there are and how they can find them on their own. I find it helpful that I do site visits to each encampment to track how many services we do. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Some of the downsides are that the app can be glitchy. For instances I can pin something but another person can't see my pins for ...

"Easy to use and powerful."

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Finalizing and printing reports. It used to take 6-10 hours to complete a report doing it the old way. Now we might spend 20-30 min. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Not much to dislike, that we have found. Recommendations to others considering Fulcrum: Give it a try if you need to collect data. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? Very professional-looking reports that we can save time using. Took our reports to the next level.
