"Not suitable for anyone outside of USA"

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Easy (mostly) form design. App functionality. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? The fact that it is assumed everyone who uses Fulcrum is from the USA. No where does it specify the currency of the cost before subscription. Cost ended up being $68 Australian dollars. Again, they just assume America is at the centre of their universe. The customer service only operates during USA work hours and is unsuitable for Australians because of time differences. ...

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Easy to use. I can see my tickets in order of due date and they are color-coded. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Locators should not have access to other locators tickets. Only Supervisors and support should have this access. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to do my tickets in a timely manner

The best thing about the application is the generation of applications with fields that makes it possible to collect information in real-time and that if it presents a fault, it is possible to correct it without the need to reset the application. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Fulcrum to enter field data. Field forms are standardized for consistency across the company. Data is received immediately after field staff sync their mobile devices, enabling office staff to analyze it quickly.

"Using Fulcrum to collect field data saves time when reporting is required."

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Using Fulcrum in the field saves a lot of time imputing data. When synced, it allows other staff to see real-time information. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Our App has multiple layers, of which one is used locating specific sites to be removed, the sites are marked with colored pins which are red.
