What do you like best about Fulcrum? The simplicity and variety of features that range from information details to location. That's very helpful for research that involves different types of data such as social and territorial. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? I still haven't found what I dislike about it. "I'm using Fulcrum for the last 4-5 years, and it's proven to be very useful and user friendly tool."

What do you like best about Fulcrum? Easy to use. It's also quite easy to customise. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Cost is slightly on the higher side. Also I think there is no option to use it offline (means when there is no Internet) What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? I work in a utility, where we need to send teams to do site surveys and install / maintain devices. Fulcrum is very useful to collect field data.

What do you like best about Fulcrum? It is incredibly easy to create a brand new inspection app using the Fulcrum software. There is a ton of support documentation and their support team is very responsive. Using the apps in the field is also a great experience and works everytime. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? What do you like best about Fulcrum? The drag and drop nature makes it really easy to use and customise. And for something a bit more complicated like a bit of coding the fulcrum team is great at providing solutions and recommendations. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? "Finally a business software that is customizable in the field!"

What do you like best about Fulcrum? The flexibility of the software allows me to create an unlimited amount of custom apps for the HVAC service technicians. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? No downside for us. We find the software extremely useful. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? We were having trouble going paperless and accessing historical service reports in the field. Fulcrum solved both those issues.
