"Good Product"

What do you like best about Freshservice? Worked for me at the time for Ticketing for my clients. What do you dislike about Freshservice? issues with going to my Quickbooks Online but it was many years since i used it. 3 in 1: Useful features, intuitive interface, great looks

PROS: Freshservice is user-intuitive, and I really like how it looks. Customization is easy, and there is efficient customer support that replies immediately. The API is above the board, meaning you can always update both tickets and data from custom developed software. The ‘you get what you paid for’ rule doesn’t apply here. You get much more!

What do you like best about Freshservice? The entire tool is constantly evolving and fully in compliance with ITIL What do you dislike about Freshservice? There is no option for the customer to view the hours that were spent by them inside the platform. What problems is Freshservice solving and how is that benefiting you? With automations, we solve the problems of failure in the process of repeated tasks and still value our work with the customer.
