I find this to be an exceptional CRM.
PROS: We run a unique business. We have a differen approach of generating leads and organizing accounts. Freshsales assisted us in every step to create a CRM that functions with the needs of our company. We've scheduled a lot of calls from their team. Their support team is professional, helpful, and very polite in answering all our inquiries.

I find this to be an exceptional CRM.

An excellent system with responsive support.
PROS: We like how easy it is to make customizations. We also like how the Freshsales team is constantly available for phone calls for any tech problems. The flow of the pipeline is clear and prompts that are purposely set up for every deal are on the same page. It also encourages us to push the deal forward.

What do you like best about Freshsales? Everything is simple and it's placed in a logical way. Love the fact that I have it all, not for closing the sale, but to raise interest in something, to create the opportunity to sale, having both the CRM and Marketing features. Love the tips when the page is loading. What do you dislike about Freshsales? Support, not having the info up to date.
