"Best CRM"
What do you like best about Freshsales? The support and user area also this CRM is so friendly and best part is that the Freddy make our work easy What do you dislike about Freshsales? My main concern is about pricing because at Freshworks products as expensive What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously we use salesforce but there the CRM is so complicated but here at Freshworks we can have our customers 360 view about his leads

"Service beyond expectations"
What do you like best about Freshsales? Considering I purchased this software for myself to start with, it has been perfect to scale with. From the excellent features, all in one solution (marketing/phones/crm/chat/whatsapp/website integration) to the absolutely outstanding service when I need help. What do you dislike about Freshsales? What do you like best about Freshsales? Easy, intuitive, and elegant. By far the best CRM I've ever worked with. What do you dislike about Freshsales? I haven't figured out what I didn't like yet What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? organization, cycles... there are so many things that my memory is lacking

Freshsales offers great set of features and it has one of the best customer services
PROS: You can quickly and easily use Freshsales, all you have to do is to sign up for an account, change some email options and get started. It doesn’t require too much tweaking because everything is simple and the tool is self-explanatory. I like the integration with Zapier, and I like that sign up request means that you have lead into Freshsales and then you can convert them to contacts as soon as their account is setup.

Smooth as butter and simple to use.
PROS: I like the Kanban function with deals. I love filtering out my customers/deals or leads filtered according to my preferences. I get to keep my leads/contacts/companies separated while showcasing relationships of all parties. When it comes to online support, Freshsales is fantastic since you get answers almost immediately.
