As a Project management for a Software company here in Brazil, I needed a platform that could be used along my CRM, and I can tell that the tools from Freshworks are incredible. What do you like best? We moved from SalesForce to FreshSales and it has proven to be an excellent decision. FreshSales is easy to use, highly customizeable to our business processes, and pulls all our marketing efforts together to provide insights into our target market that we weren't aware of before. Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best? The fact that you can try out most of the powerful features in the free tier and then make a decision. What do you like best? Freshsales makes it incredibly easy to automate the tasks that our sales team encounters every day. Growing startup needed CRM to help manage sales pipeline and customer data.
What do you like best? Simple to use, email tracking, pricing is good, easy to import data, interface with outlook emails. alerts when communications from customers are sent or emails/links clicked and opened. very easy to get new team member trained on the system, less then a day and they are using the system in full. Freshsales is the Best Platform CRM and emailing software I have found through allot of research!

Best & Affordable CRM for Startups
What do you like best? We love the fact that email and phone is present within the CRM which is a huge productivity boost for us. Previously, we used to use multiple email tools to track and run sales campaigns. But now with Freshsales, we are able to do everything within the CRM and keep track of the entire activity log. Perfect for CRM with tight integration with Freshdesk
What do you like best? We considered using Freshdesk first without understanding what Freshsales offered. We're a start up and interacting with leads and converting them is where we're at in the cycle.
