A great CRM - Great Featureset and amazing support

What do you like best? I really liked the way I was able to quickly and easily get started with Freshsales. Sign up for an account, change a few email options and get started. The default data set didn't require a lot of tweaking and everything was pretty self explanatory. What do you like best? There’s so many good things to say about Freshsales. I have used Salesforce, Sugar, and Nimble and tried others as well. Freshsales has all the features we need and then some, yet it is easy to use and intuitive with a oleasant UI and no bloatware. What do you like best? 2-way email tracking and bulk email functions saves us much time and gives us the possibility to connect with customers on the right moment. What do you like best? Having used MS Dynamics for the best part of 2 years, our experience with Freshsales CRM has been excellent. From out of the box, all of our salespeople were able to use it to full advantage. Ease of implementation, user adoption and visibility are all exceptional. What do you like best? Managing leads is really easy and you can put all the data you want on every client and it's a great tool for team work, tasks can be assigned to you co-workers. What do you like best? Without Freshsales I don't know how I would keep track of the myriad of leads and accounts in my portfolio!
