What do you like best? Simple, affordable, great intuitive interface. What do you dislike? There are a couple of features I just haven't played with yet. Figuring out the transition of a lead to contact took me a few minutes. Not enough of a problem to really complain. What do you like best? Freshsales can hook up to your phone and email and you can log every interaction with your customers and easily go back and access them. What do you like best? It's user-friendly. The visuals are outstanding, and the configuration is fast and easy. We recommend our clients to use Freshsales. What do you like best? Easy way to effectively manage leads within the team and track and monitor them. I like the built in functionality with email and calendar and the dashboard.
