What do you like best? Freshsales is unique in its offering when it comes to reporting. Reports are flexible and highly customizable for us to measure different metrics. What do you like best? We had countless salespeople calling and rambling on at us about facts figures and they all seemed like they were just chasing commissions. What do you like best? Simple, easy to use CRM tool for small to medium businesses. I love being able to mass update in an Excel sheet by upload. Way easier and less complicated than SalesForce. Bulk task assignment and bulk emails are great. We are exploring the tie-in to MailChimp next. The Help team is responsive and friendly. What do you like best? Allows me and my team to send a lot of emails drafted on the personalized pattern, timetable those and sync them with my calendars, and concern them automatically to our contact records to export all pertinent info. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that we can manage leads easily and put all data on each client. This is great solution for team work because I can assign tasks to my co-workers. I get email notifications whenever client checks on an email. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? I love FreshSales as it coordinates all our leads, clients, tasks and our pipeline into a very easy to use platform. I also love the email templates A LOT!! What do you dislike? I do wish the email inbox feature would mirror my Gmail account.
