What do you like best? Kanban function with deals and being able to filter deals/customers or leads accordingly. The fact that companies/contacts/leads and separated but yet shows the relationships between all parties. I use it at work and it helps me keep updated with calls to my everyday contacts!

What do you like best? Where I can keep track of all calls I have made with my customer and what the last conversation was about. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to craft well worded email templates which helped to allow us to reach out to large numbers of clients instantly and easily. We have also made use of the integrated phone feature, which allows you to call directly from within the CRM.
