You can manage all your work from single platform

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like most about this tool is the fact that I can easily manage leads from one place. I cans end emails, track pipelines, winnig deals and managiong calendar in real time from dashboard. An upgrade with simplicity, not bloat.

What do you like best? Starting my new position, one of my questions for my interviewers was "What is your CRM solution?" I got a grin in return, and then they told me about Freshsales, which I had never heard of before. With a support-heavy, and sales-heavy background with many companies over the last 15 years, I've seen a LOT of CRM tools, all the way up to the big bad Salesforce. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have tried lot of similar CRM products but Freshsales is something different. Effective time management

What do you like best? Visually seeing my leads and plan my week. Being able to see all of my leads in one space is a big benefit as i can see what stage each lead is at and plan my week accordingly. What do you dislike? Nothing! A few website UI bugs. But they have all been ironed out now. I have great experience with Freshsales, I tried Salesforce, Sugar and Nimble and as far as I can tell Freshsales offers huge amount of features that are great for running our services. What do you like best? Of all the CRM's I've tried, Freshsales is the closest I've seen to the robust features of Salesforce, without the price tag and implementation efforts of SFDC. Such neat features, just recommended this to a friend who also loved it!

What do you like best? I love how sales and support can track opens and clicks of emails. That gives us insight into how best to follow-up with customers. What do you like best? The ease of use and simple navigation stand out the most. Not to date myself, but I was an early Telemagic user back in the dos days... a goldmine reseller and an MS Dynamics user, as well as SalseForce. I left Pipedrive for this app. Do it yourself!

What do you like best? Best sales crm tool i have found. Moved from pipedrive across to freshsales because of voip integration and built in workflows for automations and pipeline management.
