Easy to Use Sales CRM with great features

What do you like best? Freshsales has reliable and no nonsense platform to use. Pipeline and direct call log feature is great to operate on the go from a smartphone. Easy to handle and accessible.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It gave lots of opportunities to help me concentrate on my sales. When I use it, I saved a ton of resources and time. Best world class tool for Startups in best price

What do you like best? Well, we were in a hunt for a better tool to manage our pre-sales and follow-ups, we have tried to multiple tools and finally, we thought of trying Freshsales and till date, we are happy with Freshsales. Smooth as butter and simple to use.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the Kanban function with deals. I love filtering out my customers/deals or leads filtered according to my preferences. Freshsales offers great mixture of features and is quick to learn

What do you like best? I really enjoy how easy it has been to learn and then use Freshsales. I began using it after trying out Freshdesk, so it seemed like a logical next step since they integrate with each other and follow some of the same design principles. What do you like best? FreshSales was easy to use compared to other similar solutions. We started with a trial and got used to it quickly. It doesn't take much expert training to get people acquainted with system. The interface made sense and was clear to navigate. There are many great CRM features that made it fun to use.
