Easy to learn, but constantly changing

What do you like best? I love that the UI(User Interface is easy to pick up and learn. This has been a big benefit to when we pushed the application out to our employees. What do you dislike? I do not like that they are always "Upgrading" without any formal notification. There have been some updates that have been launched in the middle of the day and have caused problems for my team. What do you like best? the UI looks good and neat reports, user level control is good What do you dislike?
