What do you like best? Dashboard gives you the quick insight. Rating based leads. What do you dislike? Cuckoo gives constant error of websocket connection error, logs out frequently. What do you like best? I guess the way everything is categorised and the system is easy to navigate around and Intuitive. Easy to filter deals and leads What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use. Hands Down. We tried multiple CRMs (Agile, Copper, SalesforceIQ but nothing came close to Fresh sales for its ease of use and the features. Second would be Customer Support. I could literally just start a chat in 2 clicks from within the product and would get a reply in a few minutes. I was able to set up the entire system in 2 days. What do you like best? I have been using Freshsales for 3 years now. The biggest strength of Freshsales is that it's very easy to use, it helps to track every time an email is opened/ when a prospect clicks on a link. It helps us set automated follow-up tasks, set up campaigns, etc. It also seamlessly allows executives to set up tasks for others, reattribute to others, etc. What do you dislike? Makes life easy for us salesfolks at Chargebee

What do you like best? Ease of use, speed, integration with GetAccept, Tasks, Reports. Bulk email and email tracking, workflows. Most importantly the ability to see all Freshdesk support tickets at the contact, account and deal level. The mobile app is amazing, I use it a lot to update my notes, make calls on the fly. What do you like best? Before committing, I briefly assessed a few other solutions out there and found Freshsales to be very user friendly and just super fast. Everything is on hand close by, and linked - the chronology - appointments, tasks , chain of emails, and phone calling.
