I like the immediate chat support

What do you like best? I like the immediate chat response from the other end. So the 24*7 support really helps the team as they navigate the value chain. What do you dislike? Sometimes the integration with Gmail can be too cumbersome. I would recommend to analysts at Freshwork to support the users over a call if need be. Simple to start using, but has a deep set of features

What do you like best? The onboarding experience was very helpful. Gmail integration is a huge timesaver. The user interface is simple and information dense. What do you dislike? No strong dislikes yet, but I've only been using it around 6 weeks and I haven't deeply exercised any advanced features.
