PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy to set up and use, lots of features, integrates with Freshdesk ticket system and Freshchat. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you need a good customer view, freshsales is the way to go.

What do you like best? I've used a couple of CRM tools in my career, but nothing beats the simplicity and single page view offered by Freshsales - especially from the perspective of a start-up where every single lead counts. What do you like best? I like Freshsales.io so much because of the infinite capacity of customizations and integrations. This allows my users to create tracking systems with multiple points of contact with the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to learn and easy to populate what I would need. What do you dislike? The less availability of customization which is, however, being improved day in and day out. I would still prefer a faster rollout of these features. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The system's ease of use is the best feature. It's the simplest, most intuitive system I've seen to date. What do you dislike?
