Freshsales manages potential customers with great speed
What do you like best? We like that the platform brings an integrated phone, which allows us to track the behavior of our users, that reports can be created by applying an agile methodology, and that we can manage sales on the spot. With Freshsales you get great territory management, call lists, and customer databases in general. What do you dislike? Pretty good till now
What do you like best? We use it do it all our sales activities. The best thing being the email campaigns. What do you dislike? Very useful
What do you like best? Follow up of customers, tracking information, sending mails en making phonecalls is very easy. You also have a good overview of all the needed information. What do you dislike? The trader lead score is not always accurate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? following up customers and tracking information.

A great platform to have for prospecting as well as closing deals.
What do you like best? It really helps me to up to date with my all day activities as well as with the help of this feature i can able maintain the good relationship with my clients. What do you like best? When we talk about freshsales, we are not only talking about a tool for sales, but also about a service that unifies sales management, marketing, and communication with customers in one place. Great product, very happy
What do you like best? simple, intuitive interfaces with great power and intelligence. Feature rich without being complicated. What do you dislike? SMS is not functional yet. They have the feature, but you have to go outside the platform to read messages. I am told they are working on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Every business needs a CRM - I guess the problem is organizing, initiating, responding and tracking customer data.

Great Product
What do you like best? The ease of using the CRM. Being able to customize it to your needs. I really like the look of it and the ease of use from lead to deal. What do you dislike? I like it all. The one area I would say I would like to see is to be able to download recordings. Recommendations to others considering the product: Download call recordings What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization of data and sales cycle.

What do you like best? Easy to use search engines, segmented and result driven platform. What do you dislike? Freshsales makes your work easier, the platform gives room for great experiences and better access the storage of information. A versatile alternative to mainstream CRM solutions
What do you like best? Freshsales is very user friendly, it took me 10 minutes to asimilate. It is also highly customisable. Although there are plenty out of the box settings that you can use, the tool also offers advanced admin and integration features. What do you dislike?
