User friendly product - Freshsales

What do you like best? Its the best CRM tool I have ever worked. Its Super user friendly and Hatsoff to team which have build it and for providing the instant support. What do you dislike? I cant tell you the downsides of using Freshsales but one thing which can be more better is creating the Campaigns much easier, its bit confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email Tracking. Sending email - Customer life cycle tracking.

What do you like best? We love the sales activities tracking - helps monitor input measures and keeps us on target. We've also used the custom sales activities functionality to create dashboards looking at key account development & project delivery actions. What do you dislike? We struggled a little with emails - took us a while to get the font right, but was simple enough once we configured templates in the html view. Best CRM ever

What do you like best? I worked on various CRMs in previous works as a sales representative. However, this CRM is the most transparent, fast, convenient and I understand what is happening with my leads. What do you dislike? I have not noted any flaws because everything works as it should What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I effectively manage hundreds of leads and no mess.

A feature packed CRM with Email campaigns

What do you like best? The 2-way sync with your mailbox to track, manage and create leads automatically. Also, the Email campaigns are sent as normal emails rather than marketing emails. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit confusing and could be simplified further. Admin usage and making changes to the CRM is tough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Create an effective sales process with a clear view of each of the deal stages.

The perfect CRM for me

What do you like best? Before Freshsales I was using multple tools to keep track of and manage lead flow: a chat tool, support desk, analytics, CRM. Now all of it integrates together perfectly. I love being able to email leads and schedule emails right from the dashboard, as well as customize it exactly how I need. What do you dislike?
