Excellent CRM

Easy to Use for all CRM Related Tasks. However Reporting Function is Lacking
What do you like best? Ease of use, simply navigation, without numerous unnecessary and rarely used features. It allows our company to track leads, with flexibility to create fields to track as we need. What do you dislike? The reporting functionality is lacking. Not the most intuitive, but the biggest is is there isn't an easy way to fully automate exporting data into external reporting dashboards without building a solution through the API. Smooth as butter and simple to use.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the Kanban function with deals. I love filtering out my customers/deals or leads filtered according to my preferences. I get to keep my leads/contacts/companies separated while showcasing relationships of all parties. When it comes to online support, Freshsales is fantastic since you get answers almost immediately. A fantastic place for a Sales
What do you like best? I like that i can consolidate and have access to all of my clients in one place. The fact that reports can easily done in just a click, and the tracking of mails and calls. What do you like best? It's the best platform for the start-up. It is the best way to increase sales as it gives reports in a very less time which increases efficiency.
