Easy to Use for all CRM Related Tasks. However Reporting Function is Lacking

What do you like best? Ease of use, simply navigation, without numerous unnecessary and rarely used features. It allows our company to track leads, with flexibility to create fields to track as we need. What do you dislike? The reporting functionality is lacking. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the Kanban function with deals. I love filtering out my customers/deals or leads filtered according to my preferences.
