What do you like best? Of the CRM systems I have previously used which include SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics and Really Simple Systems I enjoy using Freshsales most because everything works how you want it to work. What do you like best? The look and feel is friendly, and easy to navigate. This is important when you spend so much time on a CRM. Mass mailing - easy; saving templates - easy; diary calls, appointments easy, visual pipeline is great too. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? You can quickly and easily use Freshsales, all you have to do is to sign up for an account, change some email options and get started. It doesn’t require too much tweaking because everything is simple and the tool is self-explanatory.
