What do you like best? I love the features that it comes with especially mass emailing! It's so convenient to use on your phone. What do you dislike? I wish you could see more through the mobile app. I also dislike that if too many emails bounce, it will penalize you. Most Important tool for any Sales oriented Company

What do you like best? Freshsales made my things easy and helped automating my sales process. I can easily put my customers in the sequence of sales campaign and emails goes automatically based on the sequence. The best is I can even see who has opened/ Clicked my email which helps me putting those customers in the hot prospects. What do you like best? I enjoy the way it is far more intuitive and doesn't take as long to get to grasps with. I can guarantee that people are only seeing the information they need to see. What do you dislike? The mobile app isn't as good as I would have hoped. Keeps me organized.

What do you like best? I am able to keep tabs on everything I need to do to take care of multiple customer's. What do you dislike? Sometimes I think it calculates the different tasks to much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being to track all the e-mails sent and opened. To make sure customer is receiving the information as well.

What do you like best? There is very little that I like, I suppose it was easy to set up What do you dislike? The biggest issue we have is lack of native integrations. What do you like best? The free version has editable content and has most of the key fields and inputs for collecting data. Its easy to navigate and the unlimited user option is great. What do you dislike? There are no free reports and some editing options are for the paid version.
