What do you like best? One touch access to whole client in my region. What do you dislike? Mobile platform is bulky. Not easily accessible. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommended software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The user interface of Freshsales is quietly convenient. Being able to manage contacts as not only contacts, but contacts and leads is good to manage data. What do you like best? I enjoy that I can formally log and see my sales each time I have one in the pipeline. Having the ability to log and formally plan meetings that is directly linked to my google calendar makes it easy to set multiple appointments.
