What do you like best? It's a tie between two aspects, the general ease and intuitive nature of it and just as importantly the easy to use online support staff. What do you dislike? User friendly and not overly complicated.

What do you like best? It's very easy to get ramped up. Doesn't take long to learn the system. Doesn't feel like you need a tech person or CRM architect to build functions. What do you dislike? When saving a contact view, columns do not save. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More transparency into what is happening with our customers.

Great platform, simple to use, great pipeline management.

What do you like best? The stages are really helpful and the notes and data helps me keep organized. What do you dislike? I really really dislike that you can't manually manage the lead scores. The algorithm is helpful but it'd be cool if you could manually drag up a lead to the top of your pipeline. The score doesn't always reflect the lead quality.
