Everything in one place makes all the difference!

What do you like best? I like that all our notes, files, calls, emails, everything is all in one place. No searching thru notes or paper files What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the Dashboard most. I am Always Up to date with my Tasks. What do you dislike? It would be useful to manually write a date instead of navigating to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? 1. You can builder sales cycles (multiple) for Leads and Contacts 2. Leads and Contacts are separate 3. MOST IMPORTANT. The cycles are not just emails, but anything you want (snail mail, phone call, send gift, dinner, etc.) What do you dislike? Not much. I would like landing page capability for the web forms.
