Great CRM System for Small Construction Company
What do you like best? I reviewed and tested several different CRM systems and Freshsales was clearly the best option for our company. We have enjoyed the ease of use with the system and how effectively we were able to upload our entire customer and lead database. The interface is intuitive and there are so many features to use even in the free platform. Ease of use, can handle custom sales flow, and great customer support
What do you like best? Customer support is handled quickly. Nowadays, business is done by second, no time must be wasted waiting for answer/feedback from customer support. What do you dislike? The ability to integrate it with other platforms (e.g. Facebook leads, Mailchimp). There is also a limitation on how reports and dashboards can be created. Easy to use. Great Value
What do you like best? I had worked with one of the largest CRMs in the industry before working with Freshsales. I have to say not only am I impressed with the robustness of the platform, I like that it was easy to transition to, and even easier to use in some cases. A really nice touch is the grade that is given to a prospect and they travel down the, "Buyers path". No Refunds. Ever.
What do you like best? The software is ok, not the most robust though. What do you dislike? After trying this software and buying a 6-month subscription I realized it didn't work for our company. I stopped using it and thought I had requested a cancellation. When I saw it billed me 6 months again I immediately the same day contacted customer service and let them know I had not been using the software and the account should have been canceled and requested a refund. THEY REFUSED! ...

Freshsales Taught An Old Dog Some New Tricks
What do you like best? Functionality, easy to learn. I really like having all my leads/contacts in one place, with all their information included. What do you dislike? Sync issues with email.
