Keeping things straight

What do you like best? You always have reference as to history, contacts, tasks, emails, to dos all in one spot. What do you dislike? In the beginning it did require some getting used to as does anything new. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When you are working in tandem or absorb a customer the history is all there.

What do you like best? Freshsales is very intuitive and user-friendly. It's really easy to use it and gives me the capability to have everything on track. What do you dislike? Lot of capabilities at an affordable price

What do you like best? Freshsales accommodates a lot of tasks on a single screen. It gives you a deep idea about the customer and helps us take actions faster. The workflows help us automate our tasks and help save a lot of our time. Our sales staff has been more productive since we have switched to Freshsales. Mutivector usability for a CRM

No Refunds. Ever.

What do you like best? The software is ok, not the most robust though. What do you dislike? After trying this software and buying a 6-month subscription I realized it didn't work for our company. I stopped using it and thought I had requested a cancellation. When I saw it billed me 6 months again I immediately the same day contacted customer service and let them know I had not been using the software and the account should have been canceled and requested a refund. THEY REFUSED! ...

Everything in one place makes all the difference!

What do you like best? I like that all our notes, files, calls, emails, everything is all in one place. No searching thru notes or paper files What do you dislike?
