Great Interface. Awesome workflows

What do you like best? The interface of Freshsales is really awesome and makes the whole process of sales tracking easier and fun. UI is intuitive and easy. What do you dislike? Few of the obvious workflows like allowing the customer to see his daily tracker are not available. Metrics tracking should happen by default. What problems are you solving with the product?
