Best Business Solution for 2020
What do you like best? I really like how FreshSales is very intuitive CRM and If I ever get stuck, their customer service reps are extremely helpful. I haven't encountered any CRM who takes care of their customers like FreshSales does. If anything gets too complicated they will remotely handle your computer and assist you with any issues. Great Interface. Awesome workflows
What do you like best? The interface of Freshsales is really awesome and makes the whole process of sales tracking easier and fun. UI is intuitive and easy. What do you dislike? Few of the obvious workflows like allowing the customer to see his daily tracker are not available. Metrics tracking should happen by default. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM. Tracking customer conversations. Email campaigns.

Keeping things straight
What do you like best? You always have reference as to history, contacts, tasks, emails, to dos all in one spot. What do you dislike? In the beginning it did require some getting used to as does anything new. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When you are working in tandem or absorb a customer the history is all there.

Easy to use CRM platform at the right price
What do you like best? Easy to use and provides quick ways to see communication with leads and existing customers. It's very simple for us to enter a lead and convert to a customer. Lot of capabilities at an affordable price
What do you like best? Freshsales accommodates a lot of tasks on a single screen. It gives you a deep idea about the customer and helps us take actions faster.
