Very useful platform
What do you like best? We have been using Freshsales for somewhat more than a year and experience has been nothing but great. Its very efficient in terms of lead management and has recently become useful in maintaining our clients too (from payments, membership statuses, contact information and so on) making it easier for our employees to keep track of active and potential clients on one platform. What do you like best? Visibility on data. Everything you need comes under one window. What do you dislike? Sometime it lags. Maybe due to network issues. Great for small business
What do you like best? The customer service of Freshsales is what stood out to me when first beginning the service. From there, it has easy customization and helps keep all of my contacts organized. What do you dislike? When they add new features, I am not able to opt out of them. Great and Easy to Use!
What do you like best? We love that there are so many integrations with Freshsales. The CRM is also very intuitive and I like how leads are incorporated (instead of just contacts). It took me no time at all to learn it and get up and running. What do you dislike? I wish the deal section had its own page, like a company or contact has, not just a slide out window. What do you like best? The built in functionality with gmail and customizable reports. What do you dislike? No simple integration with LinkedIn is frustrating. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider what you may require from your CRM and look into the cost of all options. What problems are you solving with the product? The most seamless and capable CRM for Sales
What do you like best? The AI-based lead scoring was a key reason for choosing Freshsales after trying out other popular CRMs. With this tool, I start my day by communicating with clients who have higher lead scores first. It's made my daily sales efforts much more efficient. What do you dislike? Not a dislike, but the emails system could do with improvement.
